These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeOS mobile application provided by LifeOS. By creating an account or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App. By using LifeOS you represent that you meet these requirements. LifeOS is not directed to, or intended for, users under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at millionairemansioninc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
LifeOS offers free, monthly, yearly, family, and lifetime plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Play Store account settings.
• Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Family plans allow up to 10 members; the plan owner is responsible for the conduct of invited members.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. Where local consumer law grants additional rights, contact millionairemansioninc@gmail.com.
LifeOS provides general wellness, productivity and motivational information. It is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or mental-health program. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
The AI Coach is powered by large language models and may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate output. Treat its responses as suggestions, not professional advice. Do not share sensitive personal, medical, or financial information you would not be comfortable sharing with a third-party AI provider.
You agree NOT to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the App for unlawful purposes; (c) upload content that is illegal, harmful or infringes others' rights; (d) probe, scan, or attempt to breach security; (e) resell or commercialize the App without our written permission.
The App, including all logos, designs, code and content (excluding your data), is owned by LifeOS and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause us legal exposure. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing millionairemansioninc@gmail.com.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIFEOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
